Social networking or collaborative networking is being widely deployed and exploited in the Internet. It is changing the paradigm of computing in many as-pects. On-line encyclopedia contributed by users, user-created content tagged by individuals and a variety of new applications show us a new possibility of breakthrough for quantum jump in the domain of computing. Loosely coupled social networking needs to be modeled, analyzed, and integrated for better applications. Virtuous cycle can be made by utilizing the impact of social networking to multimedia analysis, multimedia services, and on-line business. All aspects of social networking will be discussed in this conference.
